Default Sportsman spring spacers

I have a 2000 500 HO and want to beef up the front end. I already have two rubber spacers in the springs but want to stiffen it up even more. Does anyone have some solutions. I have heard there are spacers you can install under the spring to increase the preload on the spring but can't find them anywhere.
Thanks in advance for the info.

Without having to drop the springs maybe you could tell me what size pipe you used and any other useful info that would help me out in fabricating them.
Your spacers came out nice and nice ride by the way.

The pipe I used was 2 1/2 outside diamiter and only made it 1" thick because I didn't want it to stiff. They work great. Oh yea thanks for the compliment.

Billyclub,
A hockey puck with a hole cut in the center makes a perfect preload spacer. For all the details just search "hockey puck" in the Polaris forum.

I used a kit from Progressive Suspension from Dennis Kirk. It is fully adjustable for when the plow is on or off and has a progressive rate spring to boot!

If you want to be able to tune the front to varying weight being added or riding conditions on the fly, this is the way to go IMO.
