I had one of my shock covers start to come apart. So I called Elka and told them about it. I let them know I purchased my shocks over a year ago. They said no problem. They sent me a new one overnight at no charge and no questions asked. You have to love a company that backs their products like that.

 

befor i ordered my elka's i called 2 other shock builders, when i told them i wanted shocks for my busa and wasn't sure how much more it weighed in front than stock the other places went into "well you have to weigh it at all four tires then weigh a stock ds then we can do it for you". called elka last expecting the same crap and what a surprise the guy just asked what bike motor it was and how i ride and where, then what price range i wanted to stay in and in less than 2 weeks i had them in my hand. put them on the busa and jumped it for the first time (about 3' off a hard snow bank onto the flat) couple clicks on the dampening and perfect!! one more happy customer [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
