Default Just got a new 800 EFI today

All I can say is WOW !.. I almost flipped it on the grass already just feathering the throttle- this thing really wheelies.... How does everyone like there's so far ? - Anyone got any useful info I should know about on this quad?.. Preventative maintenance advice ?..... I only put on 8 miles today but it should be the one quad for me that will do it all - I still have to install my Glacier 60" snowplow system, winck kit , and front and rear double tube bumpers... I paid $8200 OTD for the bike and all accessories out of state - I think I got a good deal - Did I pay too much ? Quad $7, 344 -- Accessories - $856.... Thanks in advance

Congrats on the new machine....the 800 is nice, I have the '05 700 EFI....

You got a great deal on the machine....

No common failures that I've heard of so far, some things here and there, just like every machine......

Change your oil and filter at 10 hours or sooner for the first change to get the crap out of the motor. K&N and other air filters help it breathe. Spare belt is always good....

Congrats on the new machine... I would change the oil at 5 hours and the oil and filter at 10 hours.

Congrats on the new 800! Keep us informed on how it performs. I have a 500 and want efi really bad. Trying to sell mine to get a efi.

First thing I would do is take out the champion spark plug and replace it with an NGK. Other than that I have no complaints or problems. Pretty good price.

Congratulations on your new atv. NHarrison2, there are rumors that polaris is going to have a SP500efi in their 06 lineup. Just thought I'd bring that to your attention. Is is just me or are lots of people buying the SP800?I guess most of you were just waiting for polaris to release something this big.
