It looks to me like their isnt anymore broken a arms or axels in a while. It seems to me that out of the thousands of Raptors sold alreay maybe 2 a arms have bent and 3 axels.I dont think their is a problem here or everyone who has bought one including me would have broke one.I havent got like 10 feet of air on mine but have hit some pretty good jumps with no problems at all.The only problems ive had are the stickers blowing off with the pressure washer.Raptor owners please post your problems here.

I have not had any trouble yet either. Only dented the right lower a-arm. I must have caught a stump or rock but not sure which

Hello X250rdude,

I haven't really had a chance to ride it yet, I was breaking it in to the book as much as possible, however, I did hit a few jumps with it at slow to moderate speeds, about 2-3 feet or so. I only have about an hour on the bike. I will do some more riding next week and I will let you know how it is.

P.S. I called you last night and I left a message.

Hello folks...

I have had mine for 4 days now. No problems. Still breaking in (kinda ) Runs strong. My only complaint is way tall 1st and 2nd gears in stock form. ( but for being so tall, they still provide more than enough to lift front end easily with no clutch, while moving at pace). I can only imagine with smaller sprocket. Ive done some small jumping, with no problems. Im totally convinced that only a few bent a -arms have been mentioned, and that they were "fluke" or random acts of abuse. Any quad will break , if you do something to break it ! Nothing but happy here !

Ride on...

Well, the one fluke with the A-arms that I know of (that's me) has been fixed. My dealer said it was ready to pick up today. What else can you ask for?

I'm ready for round 2!
