Default Clutch cover bolt tourquing spec's. - search results confusing?

I did a search on changing the primary spring. In this case it's an 04 Trail Boss - although it sounds like the instructions to R&R the spring are all the same for Polaris regardless of model. I read diff. tourque #'s and units of measure in the search results.

The 6 cover bolt tourque spec's. are 90 in. lbs. or ft. lbs.? The center bolt at 40 ft lb's? While I'm asking, do you use lock tight on any of these?

Thank you
