My '03 SP500 has the plastic schield on the lower A-frame rubbing against the brake line. I slotted the schield and it has plenty of clearance now. The metal brake line is worn thin in one spot. Has anyone else had a problem with this? It would be good if Polaris would cover it, but it is way out of warranty. How hard is it to change that line (it is the one that runs to the front master cylinder.
