is $1200 a good price for a all stock 85' 250r atc? nothing has been changed .even the tires are stock. the add says it runs great but would it be worth it?

 

sounds like a good deal on a water cooled. over here a guy sold an 85 stock for $1100, i think its alright. but you should hear form the 250r owners what they think.

 

My cousin is buying an 85, piped, good condition for $650 tomorrow, price started at $1200.. oh yeah and it comes with its original rims/stock tires, and a complete set of douglas aluminum wheels with paddles.

 

I would take it for that price, but it never hurts to haggle the price down a little[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

ya i would say its a great buy. I have an all stock bike too. Mine has a piston and new fork boots, but other than that all stock, and i have been offered 1600 for mine when it wasnt runing. The dude said it was cause it was a water cooled its worth alot more.
