Default 2005 Winch Installed

I installed my new Warn Winch today, it went in without a problem. While I have it apart I added some protection to the throttle cable just in case. While I have it all apart is there anything else I should do or anything that needs to be moved or adjusted. I thought the only questionable issue was the throttle cable but if anyone has anything I'm game. Thanks Bart

Well, as I was putting the headlight pod together and I noticeda plug hanging. It is a white plastic plug with a green, brown and blu wire in it. I looked and can not see where it might go. Does anyone have any idea what this could go to or is it something extra????

I've seen that as well. Service manual says this is the "Speedo Diagnostic" connector.

On my 05 I noticed that the bolt that connects the shifter to the shifter linkage was rubbing on the removable side panel.
When I would put the shifter into the park position the end of bolt would catch on the panel and move it a 1/4 of a inch.
All I did was removes the bolt and inserted it from the other direction ( head of bolt now facing the outside of machine )
Make sure to add a small washer between the nut and shifter linkage.
