anyone out there changed the exhaust on a 2000 Kodiak ? If so, to what ???

 

I would like to know when aftermarket exhausts will become available for the 00 and up Kodiaks. Supertrapp's web site lists an IDS2 for the 00 kodiak. However I haven't found anybody actually selling it yet. Anyone have any info? Has anyone tried to put on a something like a universal fit IDS?

 

when i hooked up my big bear they didnt have them yet but what i did was took out the baffle , its easy to do just unbolt it, and then i cut the side of the muffler and cut out all the plates in side and welded a piece of metal over the hole and painted it black and you cant hardly tell it unless your really looking and if ya need to quiet it down some put the baffle back in and bolt it in, its really not extremely loud without it, but this will improve horse power
