Anybody using a DG exhaust on your TRX 90. If so, do you like it / Any regrets? I've heard that some after market pipes will actually lower the h.p. This will be my first mod and I was figuering an exhaust and jets would be a good place to start. Any advise?[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

 

most engine guys say the big gun is the best for the trx90

best first mod is cutting the pink wire and upgrading the filter

check jetting, sometimes just clicking the needle will get it right

 

I just bought the Big Gun for my daughters 06 TRX 90... Do I need to re jet it or just click the ring on the pin and if so, up or down ??? And what do you like better for that bike, the K&N or the Uni ????

 

I have a big gun on my daughters trx 90 and lowered the clip on the needle but I am curious about the pink wire where is it and what does it do?

I could be wrong but I was told that cutting the pink wire gives you forth gear. The wire is a restricter.

 

My understanding is that if you cut the pink wire it removes the electronic restrictor... The wire comes right out of the case and I would cut it, up high and tape it off. You can also geta rev box from big gun if you like to drop coin.... I will tell you, I have bought atleast 10 after market pipes (exspansion chambers in the old days) and this big gun has the most beautiful craftsmonship I have ever seen...mind you they are 300.00 bucks but you get what you pay for...
