I use photoshop which is a very expensive program so I don't think I can be of much help. One way that may work is to right click and send to mail recipient. Then when it shrinks it in the e-mail just save as back to a file. This MAY be small enough, not sure though.

i can make my pictures pretty big, when i take them with our digital camera and put them on the computer they are bigger then poster size so i just stretch/shew them in paint, i generally shrink them 25% and they turn to to be a good size and quality, so u can mess around with that

Try this...........

1 right click on you picture and select open with Paint or Microsoft Paint
2 under the images tab if you click attributes it will tell you how big your picture is now (needs to be
750x750 or under, try and get it as close as possible so the pic is good size)
3 under the images tab click on stretch and skew
4 change the horizontal & vertical to 60% and click ok (60% is good to start off with, you may have to
try different combinations. I always click Edit undo if its not then try again with a different number)
5 under the images tab if you click attributes it will tell you how big your picture is now
6 save your picture as a .jpg file (.jpg will have a small file size) into an easly accessed folder
7 try uploading again to your page.
you may have to make them smaller than 750 to get the size below 150kb

once you have your page done click the post bio button
