Anyone take the safety course Honda offers?
#1
I got a call from Honda offering a safety class. Apparently they offer some sort of payment (accessories or something?) for taking the class, but it is a ways to drive...
Anyhow, has anyone gone to the class they offer? Was it worth going to?

the course they are talking about is done through ASI (American Safety Institute). Went through the training when I bought my DS and received my $100.

I had fun when I went, you actually drive your quad around, and practice doing the safe way. Hard braking, obsticles, hills, s curves, and talking about nearby riding areas. Id recommend, every one should take it...and with them paying 100 bucks, theres no reason not to.

Its easy. Its fun. Kawasaki, Yamaha, and Suzuki offer it too. They only pay $75. I've taken it 4 times over the years, to collect my $75. It might even save you on insurance if you take it. Here in Pa. We are required to at least have liability insurance.
Take the coarse. There's nothing like getting payed to ride your quad.

My friend and I took it about two months ago - got $100. each. We had fun practicing and like folks have stated, there is no reason not to get paid to ride your quad.
