Which way does the Engine Breather Filter get installed? Arrow pointing towards the engine or the airbox? Owner's manual say one way and Service manual says the other. Thanks.

If your talking about the air filter in the air box it should go with the arrow pointing toward the engine.

SP700: That is the way I have it installed now. Mine is not in the airbox. It is a white plastic filter that is in-line between the air box and the engine, located on the left side just above the oil filter.

Shouldn't you be driving the green one and your wife driving the yellow one?

LOL, Bob

I happen to feel quite "Macho" riding my yellow Sp600 around the neighborhood!

Bob: I get that alot. When I first saw the yellow I really thought it was the best color. My wife then had her choice between the green and blue and liked the green better. You should see me with my yellow/black helmet and yellow Fox shirt. Makes me feel very "macho". I look like a big banana riding down the trails. BTW, we have about 800 miles on each and the yellow has held up alot better too.

Cincy: Thanks. That's the way I have it installed now.
