My buddy has an 87' Honda 250 three-wheeler, and an 87' Honda 250 quad. The trike engine is shot, but the quad motor runs good, would it be possible/ worth the trouble to swap the engines. He really wants the ride the 3 wheeler again. I know yall Honda guys will know about that stuff more than anybody else I could ask. Any help would be great.

The swap shouldnt be a problem, maybe some minor changes...maybe.

 

It should be a simple bolt in job.

 

About what all will it involve? Will simply bolt right in? What should he look out for while doing this/ any special precoutions? It would suck to mess up both engines, so I'm trying to get as much info as possible. Thanx guys.
