The 300EX hands down is the best of these two. Elec start for the dead engine starts and ease on the trail when you stall and you are too tired to kick, reverse to get out of those bad situations quickly without losing much time, better suspension, better handling, better brakes, torquier engine, smoother power, and much more dependable when abused than the Blaster.

Don't get me wrong here, the Blaster is a good quad and can be raced, but it doesn't hold a candle to the 300EX as a woods racer without you spending serious money on upgrades that would far exceed the cost of a mildly modified 300EX quad.
