400ex parts on the 250x?`

Default 400ex parts on the 250x?`

I was wondring if you can put a stock or extended swingarm from a 300ex or a 400ex on to the 250x? any thing will help.

I am olmost 85% sure you can off a 300ex but not off a 400ex...i would further investigate though...

I thought that the rear ends and all of those models where pretty close to being the same.

You can put the rear end off of a 250R or 350X or 300EX. Im not possitive about the 400EX b/c of its piggyback reservoir, but if you got like a works shock or sumthin im sure it would work. But once you buy that rear end, you'll have to buy an axle for it, and maybe a caliper. On the 350X axle you have to use 250R hubs b/c of the splines on the axle. Ive talked to one kid on another forum that ran a 350X swingarm, 300EX shock, 350X extended axle, 250R caliper, and stock brake lines. He said this setup was hands down better than the stock setup.
