Default Would a Dead battery cause 4X4 to stop working??

I was out with my scrammy this weekend and noticed my 4x4 was only working 1/2 the time but my battery was so dead so would that cause the problem??? Also what is the best way to check my camber and toe-in on my frontend. Thanks

yes it will need power for them to work . With a bad bat they will come on when the rpms are higer an then engage. Get a new bat
