Any suggestions on how to increase performance on my 2004 sportsman 600. I put the K&N air filter and jetted the carbs, both have increased performance slightly. Any other suggestions?

Welcome,
you can try a clutch kit for the most noticable improvement and also get a 800 pipe and snorkle.

A lighter wheel tire combo would help with unsprung weight. If you have the Badland tires they are light, you could get ITP type 5 or 6 aluminum wheels for a loss of 6-7 lbs per wheel.
