My Brother Just Told me he was having rear brake problems on his 250x. He just replaced the pads, and he bled all of the air out of the system. but when the brake is applied its not strong. it only grabs lightly. I live 4 hours from him so I havnt seen the situation and I couldnt think of what it could possibly be, but I said I would ask you guys. thanks

Maybe the connection to the brake level is lose or the pads where not installed right.

 

not to be rude.....but excatly how did he bleed the brakes??? If he did not hold the brake lever in until the bleen nut was tight he is just sucking air back into the system. It is almost a 2 person job in some cases.

 

Dont worry Its not rude to be helping someone. Ill tell him what you guys said and well see if those are the problem.
