Hi, I'm wondering if someone could tell me how to fix my rear brakes... I don't have a hand brake for it. I've been using only the front brakes because the rear foot brake has to be 2 inches off the ground for the brakes to engage. Do I need brake pads? Or does the brake line need to be tightened? I don't know how to tighten them. Thanks in advance for any info.
