Take a look at this link, read the story and comment. The end result of the Story seems to be promoting the idea of more areas to use ATVs, there are a couple of other good points, and some bad ones as well. I like the statistic though: 14 out of every 100 homes owns ATVs. If you live in a tract of 100 houses, that means you should have at least 14 good neighbors.

It seems like a lot of negativity. I don't know anyone like that article describes! Everyone I know who rides does so in offroad vehicle areas.

In my neighborhood, off roaders far outweigh those that don't. on my street alone, there are like 7 toy haulers.

It is too bad that a very few "high on pot, with a belly full of beer" ruin it for the rest of us!!
