Default Baseline for 250?

Just bought a 2000 250 Trailblazer that had a Hot Seat pipe on it. Too loud for us - so I got a stock setup that I just needs new springs for (monday).

Along with the pipe - I am not sure what else has been changed. Need to know what baseline is as to whether there is a clutch kit and if the main jet has been changed.

Thanks in advance.

If there wa a pipe on it then the jet would have been changed. You can goto a dealer an ask them they can help you find out the stock fet an springs an stuff

Main jet is 130, part # 3130662. Stock clutch spring (primary) is blue/green part # 3130662.

Stock is 48 grams, Polaris G. Careful messing with the weights, it can get pretty hard trying to fine tune. A kit is more expensive, but you'll save a lot of time over the trial and error method.

you might want to reconsider taking the pipe and clutch kit off .the machine is going to be really slow and you will get really bored of riding it . it may be a little loud but i would rather have the performance then being really slow.

Kids and wifey machine.

If I have to have it that loud to get enough hp to ride - I will get a bigger one.

I have a 400 Scrambler - but would rather have the 4 stroke as I don't have hop ups on that either.
