Looking to make ATV'S street legal in Michigan. Is any aftermarket Companys working on them, heard about some 14in rims, and using some car snow & mud tires. Who makes the rims? What else, is needed? What about limiteded slip rear ends?

Cabela's sells a street-legal kit. It only offers some of the basic components needed. The best thing to do is to check with your state police to see what the requirements are for your state.
