I have noticed lately how when ever I steer my Rubicon at low speeds I can hear kind of a EEEEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRNNNNNNNNT noise like something need some grease on it

It seems like it is coming from up close to the LCD screen just below it where the shaft goes down

I put some oil right there on it and it hasnt helped at all

Any Ideas on exactly where it needs grease?

Most of the owners manuals will show what needs some lube and when. Id say if it does it while turning the handlebars, the top collar for the sreering stem is probably dry.

i have a 2002 rubicon, and i have the same problem. I've found that wd-40 works temporarily...but i want to fix it myself just don't where to start

 

I have an '05 foreman 500 and i hear the same type thing, but only if i turn left. if i turn right everything is fine.
what up with that?
