Default New '05 TLD Pred

Well ladies and gentlemen it has happened.

My wife bought us a new predator for our first anneversery! Couldnt believe it when she brought it home, we went and rode it about a week ago and I was quite impressed but really just didnt buy it to avoid another payment. Well she went and got it yesterday and might i say WOW this thing is sick. The dealer has had it sitting around since they first recieved it because they put a ton of stuff on it and nobody really wanted to buy it with all the extras. It has......skid plates a-arms to swing arms, nerf bars, hand gaurds, pure polaris pipe, front and rear grab bars (the one in the front is the v shaped one), and shock covers. I will get some pics up when my digital camera decides it wants to work. I have a quick question for any one who may have the rear swingarm skid plates. The chain hits occasionally and I'm not so sure this is normal?? I would go to the dealer and ask them, but its not just "down the street" from me. Actually about an hour and a half away. This is the part that I am talking about and right where the chain enters the front of this is where it smacks. The chain is not really "loose" per se actually it is quite tight. Any insight you guys might have would be greatly appreciated.

Did I mention I have the greatest wife in the world?
Thanks In advance,

Krys

I've got a Polaris Predator 500 LE I bought about a month ago. I've learned that you need to keep the chain tight on these. Check your owner's manual for directions to tighten yor chain.

If its the Pro Armor Skid Plate it mounts over the factory plate make sure you have the factory plate or it will tear that chain up I had the same prob and called Pro Armor
