EFI sounds great... but remember the C-Dales? I saw a guy just shut off his machine and when he went to start it it would not go. I will wait til 07 to consider picking one up. EFI is the way of the future....no more jetting. Just pop on exhaust and your set.

Let me first say that I do not know anything about EFI, but doesn't it require some type of "mapping"? It would be sweet if it doesn't require anything with exhaust change.

Zim

I don't think it will be that big of an increase in HP. 5 at most is what I am thinking. Compression is the same on a 660 and the displacement isn't a whole lot different. Stroke is the same, bore is slightly bigger.

well the 686 bore kits advertise 5hp gain...add EFI aka perfect jetting....its bound to make a huge difference over the 660...

I would rather have a discounted {you know there will be 05's on the sales floor with 06;s } 05 than a full price 06.......................1- the older raptor looks better..............2-The money saved by buying an 05 could go for an ultra trick suspension.
