Default Raptor jetting problem

I have put a HMF full pipe on with an open airbox(CFM) and changed the jetting to what HMF said. I did not mess with the clips at all. I have been running it around and I have to have the choke out 1/3 or a little more to make it run right. It seems to run good though. What should I do next? Is there anywhere to look on how to change the clip settings? What do you suggest? THANKS!!

Default Raptor jetting problem

If it runs well with the choke on it is running lean, have you tried larger jets? If you jetted this machine yourself than moving the needle shoudn't pose to much of a problem, strip er down and expose the carbs and on top of each carb there is to phillips screws undo them one side at a time, pull the slide out careful with the diaphragm, reach in with needle nose pliers and grab the retainer and wiggle and pull it out slowly!!! there is a little spring there that I have lost on more than one occassion. and there is your needle. the top position is the leanest the bottom the richest. well good luck
