May be a stupid question but I do not know. My friend has the raptor and does not have the service manual yet. The previous owner had a it piped and jetted then sold it with the stock pipe on. He wants to put it back to normal "stock" jetting. Any help is appreciated.

yup and stock jet's are: 140/145 Needle on 3ed clip and 22.5 Piolit jets.

What is an expected price to pay to have the machine jetted by a shop?

 

usually they charge 65$ an hour and will charge for 2hrs.. doesnt pay. go to www.blue*traxx.com (take out the * ) and then go to fourms, then raptor, and they have a topic near the top of the page that shows you how to take apart the carbs and jet them, has about 30 pictures step by step
