I just bought my 05 raptor 2 months ago and now I turn on the forums and wala... 700 raptor longer, wider, with fuel injection this sucks..so did i screw up?

 

no not really cause if i where i would have waited till next year to get the quad and besides the money you save getting the 660 you can get a bore kit to go over 700cc

 

that and i bet that the 700 will have many flaws with all the new stuff on it... itll take a year or so just for them to work all those out, so by that time you could sell your 660 and get the 700.

 

You gotta remember, its gonna be harder to get the injectors to open longer so there is more fuel mixed with the intake air when you get an exhaust kit... Plus there are lots more things that can go wrong, electronics get wet, fuel pump goes out etc. etc. etc.

 

lottery... has not screwed up...

 

with a couple hundred bucks u could make your raptors outperform the new 700
