Default nerf bars on scrambler 500

Hi, does anyone knows where to find nerf bars for a 500 Scrambler.I am installing a dynojet kit and k&n filter (sport exhaust already on it)does this gives a lot of extra power or is it hardly noticible. Thanks

The only ones that I know of that make nerf for them are Hot Seat Performance. They are extremely expensive though. I bought a used set of banshee nerfs for 50.00 bucks and modded them to fit. Almost like they were meant for it. Have to do a little modding to get them to fit but if you are a little mechanically inclined then it's not too hard.

Hey thanks alot. Mine is the one with the metallic flake flames (red w/black hood). I've got some closer up pics on my yahoo page. Just click the photos link. My wifes bike has the one with heelguards and they are for a Raptor. Is your bike a 2x4 or 4x4?

Mine is a 05 500 4x4, It's a very good quad but it could use some more power.

From what I've heard it gives a good mid range pull. Also a clutch kit helps a lot I hear. You can get all this stuff thru Rick Ritter at Ritter Cycle Racing. If you want more power then I'd give him a call. He's a super super nice guy that will only sell you what you need. His number is 618-644-3211.

The good thing about Rick is he usually answers the phone himself. He's there at all times of the day too. I've called and gotten him at 7-8 o'clock. He's the best.
