An important tip I thought I would pass along, if everyone doesn't already know this. Ask the person to smile, ask him or her to raise both arms, ask the person to speak a simple sentence. If the person is having problems doing any of these three, get help immediately.

My boss gave an elderly guy a price quote to fix his car. The poor old guy had a stroke right then!
The old guy recovered ok so now we pick on my boss and tell him that he caused it with his high prices!
The guy kinda stumbled around and sat on a chair for about 5 mins eventully ending up in the hospital for a few days

Well when im drunk i can still smile, raise my arms, and speak in simple sentances, at least of what i can remember. Plus a drunk will smell like it.
