Oh yes I did...I went on a 30 minute ride with my wife and a friend. She was attempting to cross a log but ended up burning the belt for about 15 seconds! After pushing her off I noticed a "clicking" sound coming from the quad. It's either the sprockets again or maybe something inside the clutch cover...I hope it's just the sprockets!
Plus my Scambler "feels" weird today. I was practicing my wheelies and after it seems to rev more than usual. Maybe it's just the roller clutch doing it's thing, but not sure... Any one have problems like this? Is it normal to sound "revvy"? Maybe it's normal but I am not used to it yet. I have only about 1 hour on the quad with the Aaen roller. Plus I went through mud for the first time with the roller installed, maybe the difference is seen more there...It engages the same but feels like a power-boost after that. (It is probably normal)
Any insights?

I know nothing about roller clutches, so I won't touch that one. On the clicking sound, is it coming from the belt area or the sprocket area. My wifes tboss has a tendancy to click from the sprocket. It had a bad master link in the chain. I replaced it and lubed it up and has not clicked since. Jack the rear of the quad up and perform a quick chain inspection with a good treble light while rotating the wheel and you should be able to isolate where exactly it is clicking.

By the way, the noise is on my Xplorer and the roller on my Scrambler. (just to clear that up)I think it is coming fromm the sprocket area because the quad seems to miss a beat before accelerating. Kind of like last time but less of a slip. Last time the sprocket was totally used up and it just grinded. Now it seems to gring a second then picks up.
I will check it out tonight.
