Default good deal for a 250r?

i found a 83 atc 250r for sale i talked him down to $600 should i buy it? here is is discription.

i am selling my 83 250r but i do not know anybody around me that would be interested. it is not mint by no means. here is a little history on it since i have had it. i have replaced the piston with a new stock honda piston (0.75 over) and new rings, wrist pin and bearing and circlips. replaced rear carrier with a used one and replaced rear bearings and seals. replaced chain with a new one. replaced head pipe with a nice used one with no dents or rust (dont know what brand). repacked the bill's pipe silencer. replaced rear brake pads with copper honda pads, and yes rear caliper works. it has new turf tamer rear tires, size 18x9.5x8. the left rear rim is a little bent. front tire is still good. i have replaced the stator inside the flywheel. this trike will need new sprockets in the front and the rear due to rear tire size.

like i said it is not mint but if anybody is interested please let me know and i will sell it for a decent price.

i am trying to get at least $800 but hey make me an offer! i know it runs good and doesnt need much. or will trade for a decent quad.

and if you want to see her picture here is a link : http://a.im.craigslist.org/e7/7T/387...0cw3cf62Dc.jpg

is it worth 600? i got a closer up pic if any one wants it the engine looks real fresh and all newley painted. but iv never heard of a 75 over piston
