Ok...My warrior will not start. When I have the key on and it is in neutral the light dims in and out. It will still push start. When I hit the start button it makes a buzz type noise. I dont have headlights on it anymore but when I Put one of my new HID lights up to the wires they will not work. I know my battery isnt charged enough but it is fairly new. The starter isnt more than 4 months old. I checked the battery with a volt meter and it was at 10.3. With a 6amp charger hooked to it it was at 13. It makes a louder noise when I try to start it with the charger on. What should it be at to start

Check and make sure all the wires are connected. Mine has the same prob. because the wire off the battery comes lose all the time. That or the battery is dead which i kind of doubt seeing as its an 04. The battery in mine has lasted like 2 years in my quad and 1 in a diff quad w/o ever being recharged.

check ur wires.. thats what happened to me on my warrior when my positive wire cracked off and was barely touching the battery. On my KFX when this happened, i just charged the battery and it started up first push of the button.

Is the noise coming from the rear left of the bike from a little black thing or is it just buzzing?

I took the warrior off the charger. The lights arent dimming anymore but when I hit the start button it does nothing. Doesnt even make a noise now. I push started it earlier and checked the voltage and it was around 12

I just went to check it. Lights are fine untill I hit the start button. When I hit it they dim. when I let off of it I hear a click noise under the left rear fender. It sounds like its coming from a blck box which I believe might be the relay assy. Could this be the problem. The bike push starts ok. What could I do to narrow down the problem
