what should i do to make my bone stock 2005 yfz450 drag race ready? i wanna make it the fastest out there/ even woop the banshee!! i dont care bout cash, as long as it makes it the #1!! thanks....

 

here's a good start for ya
run a yoshimura full pro series exhaust, titaintium preferibly, do the cam mod... and get the gytr k&N filter and remove the lid. rejet 175 main 45 pilot and get a air/fuel screw and turn to 2-2 1/2 turns out you'll be pretty fast then i had one setup like that and thats what ill be doing exactly with this one... so do it and you'll see the power... after that maybe stroke/bore it out to a 480cc sparks racing selss them

 

here is a good start, save yourself some money and buy my banshee. j/k , big bore, nitrous, cams, exaust

 

Sell it and get a 2006 449cc YFZ450 LOL!

 

just get a new pipe and rejet it, then you will be fast, if you want to be sure to beat the banshee [ now you have to keeep this hush hush] you should slash their tyres lol.jk. 18az and happy racing

tell ya what been doing my research on exhausts and the new nmotion exhaust's are looking like top dawg and have heard nothing but good stuff i have yet to hear a bad thing about them

 

Heard the same thing about the pulsecharger and a dozen other setups. Everything is the best when its new. When it came out they said the z400 would whoop the raptor...
