Default Need to vent my hostilities

Not a very happy camper at this point in time Wed. ordered 3 new sprockets paid almost 70 dollars additional to overnight them so I'd have them for the drags tonite. Went to change gearsonly to find I was sent gears for a 530 chain instead of the 520 that I run. So I'm really irritated that I wasted that much money on shipping since I don't have what I needed anyways!!!!!!!

I'd rather not say where I got it from till after I see what they're gonna do about it. Plus I've always gotten good service before from them.

SW? I don't have a clue who that is. So I'd have to say no not them. What do you think should be done for me on this type of mix up?

You should call the company you delt with and ask them to make it right. I do know that things can get mixed up, and unfortunatly it happened to you. Usually they will send another set out right away while you send the wrong ones back. Unfortunatly, this wont help totally with your situation because you've missed the race.

I hate it when I go to McDonalds and they screw you in the drive through - I get home and they messed up order. I have to go back, face the manager, and ask for the correct order. They dont refund my gas to go back, as most suppliers wont refund shipping.

crazy did you order the new sprockets from the same company that you got the 520 kit from? If it was from a different company it doesn't matter, they shouldn't assume a 530 & should have sent you what you asked for (520). They whom ever should take care of it for you. Just make sure you have all the info you gave them, so they see where they made there mistake so it doesn't happen again. I would hate this happen to me or other forum members getting ready for a big race. Sorry for your losest time. Let use know how it turns out.
