the E=mail confirmation of my order had the 520 gears on it, just not the package I recieved. It wouldn't have been so bad if I would have at least needed those gears for the 530 but I've already got all I need. Went to the races anyway to watch, none of the bikes there would have come close even with too low of gearing, I was still a second faster and 8mph more based on last weeks run. tomorrow we're going to a 375 foot sand track and see how she runs with the suspension stapped and everything else the same.

Have you tried to work with the vendor yet? Look, Im the expert of narcing on someone for bad service. Crap happens, but you know you have to at least try and make it right.

You know how I feel about Hiper right? It took me 2 months of negotiations with them before I slammed them right here on this forum. If you slam them early, without giving them a shot at fixing the problem, you might come off as a customer that can never be satisfied (even though you are not). It will be hard to get anything out of a vendor at that point.

I didn't notice the mixup till I went to install at 7:00 friday night. I'm thinking tthey were closed, but I'll call them monday and I'm certain they'll make it right, Like you said accidents happen.

i ordered a piston kit a a years ago from trinity and they sent a kit for a short rod motor. they know that an 88 250r is a long rod, they sent the wrong one(piston). get this along with the jug they just put the big bore sleave in,so then the send me another one! WRONG ONE AGAIN! THEN FOR THE THIRD TIME.wrong one again.charged me shipping everytime!i was really mad at this point!!

 

That sucks but if its on the ticket they should make it good. If not let me know and they wont get my business
