My son has a 2000 LT160. We cannot get the thing to idle unless the choke is fully on all the time. I have taken the carb off and cleaned and it did not help. Any other suggestions? Also, are there any mods that can be done to boost performance?

 

sounds like your lean on the main jet. try going down a size or two and see if that fixes it
