When its idleing it raises and lowers and eventually stalls. Also does anybody know what the pilot screw setting is.

 

do yourself a favor, take that pesky "piggyback " pilot jet out of your carb. That will help a whole lot. These things use the same style pilot jet that OE banshee carbs use. If I remember right, I put a 17 in weeman's machine. I'm also 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 turns out on the a/f screw.
