#1
Would it be feasable to install a larger oil cooler on a 450 foreman? would it help keep it a little cooler? Would you also have to add a bit more oild do to the increased capacity of the cooler?
Thanks

You could probably use a larger transmission oil cooler in place of the factory one, but you'd have to make the lines work, and I dont know if it would affect oil pressure or not. If you add a larger cooler, it will hold a little more oil. If your fan isnt running all the time, then the bike's probably not getting that hot so a larger cooler may not make much of a difference.
Make sure you keep the cooler very clean and free of mud as much as possible, blow it from the back outwards to get the stuff off it that blocks airflow.
Try installing a good aftermarket oil temp guage to keep an eye on things, especially if you do change coolers.
