Default blaster leaks oil from case?

my blaster leaking oil from somewhere on the engine. its engine oil and not two stroke leftover. it seems to be coming from the left side by the small gear. any idea of what seals maybe bad and any other problematic seals i should look for. thanks

My case developed a crank right next to the output gear. It is about a 1/2 inch long and runs along the bulge for the clutch rod...I have it apart for rebuild and TIG welding right now.
