Overall, which quad is better in performance (engine technology, base,), chassis (body and frame), handling (controls, seat, comfortableness, shocks, center of gravity), and riding, the 700R or the 06 YFZ 450?

the YFZ450 is cutting edge. For racing and handling performance, it's the YFZ450. The Raptor may have a little more sheer power but that's not enough. The power delivery on the 450 is awsome and YFZ engine is state of the art til something better comes along.
