My sons horn on his sp90 2005 LE only works when he is at high rpm's. I dont know why this is. I tried to trace the wireing but it gets all bunched up and wraped together with other wires where I cant get a good look at it. It just started doing this. I havent taken it into high water and its only gotten wet when we washed it with the water hose. Thanks.

 

Maybe the stator doesnt have enough power at low RPM's to fire the horn? Or maybe the bike figures unless your hauling *** you dont need a horn!

 

On my son's 90 the horn works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't.
