it has spark...its compression is good...the sparkplug is new and gap is correct...the pull start cord broke and I haven't fixed it yet...but it was very hard to start that way also the last time i rode it, which was about 6 months ago..

try putting alittle gas in the plug holes and see if it fires then.

 

put a 150 jet in it thats what i did starts right up
