450R carb. on a Preddy??

450R carb. on a Preddy??
Im looking into buying a preddy, it has exhaust and a tm42 from a honda 450r. I was wondering how well this combo is (carb., exhaust). Are these practical mods for a trail bike? Thats mostly what i ride. Thanks
