I am about mid way thru installing an 800 header and a pure polaris white bros exhaust. I can't seem to find much info on tuning tho. So all you guys with experience with this or some expert wisdom pass it along. I am pondering removing the spark arestor plate, anyone done this or have any recomendations. I have a full understanding of where not to ride without one. Just thinking of the deeper exhaust note and any performance that could be had from doing this.

 

I run 6 discs in my White bros. and it has plenty of deep tone. The more dics you run the better the top end the less dics you run the better low end. I have never tried to take all the discs off but I would think if you did you would lose all you low end power.

 

I've pulled the spark arrestor disk off...definately louder but lost all my bottom-end.
