S10, mind your parents. If they don't want you to get it, they have a reason.
I don't know what the laws are in MA, but in CA a minor isn't allowed to own a vehicle. It's owned by the parents as they are untilmiately responsible.
I'm with theway on this one. Just seems like kids don't respect authority anymore.

your parents have reasons for this that you cant even comprehend at your age. how much do they pay for medical coverage on your family? what type is it? what is the deductable on the emergency room visits? does it even cover atv accidents( alot of pollicies are eliminating coverage on forms of extreme sports) .
does it have a cap on the coverage if needing lifetime medical support?
did you ever consitter any of this. did you consitter that if you screwed up on a powerful machine, that your parents could be held liable? loose there home over a suet, that will put them in the poor house for life!
i take it you have only looked at this from a selfish, greedy point of view, havent you? no respect for what they have done in there lives, just the, i want, i want thing.
there are way too many point of views on this, but i suspect many more than you can evebn comprehend. most parents dont say no just to be cruel. though it is a small bonus, heehee.

they can always sell it without telling you like you bought it without telling them and youll come home and freak out that its not there like they will come home and freak out that it is there

I am going to extend a few words of wisdom to you- you still have to live at home, and that means your parents don't have to try real hard to make your life a living hell if they feel like it. You could be living in the tool shed eating cold beans until you move out if your parents are mean enough and you're not careful.
