as many of you know my reg took a crap and am looking to replace it.. oldmanracing has had similiar problems and put one in and eveything is great..SO FAR!

I AM NOT A BIG FAN OF PROCOMM..but i have never heard of there reg being used at all, i tried to contact the company and anyone with a brain is gone for a while and some till sept..

i need to ride and i dont want to go with stock..anyone running or have run this?

some have said a bmw one will work but dont know which and how to find it, also like the fact that procomm makes this for the ds--clicks right up.

 

I ran it for a year. I didnt have any problem but didnt notice any gain either. 650Viper (jed) is running with it now.

 

not looking for gains, just dependability ...my bike has been electrically acting up since day one

 

Its still working so if its cheaper than stock i'd say go for it. But buy whatever is cheaper, I dont think it gains you anything.

its half the price of the stock one, 60$ versus 130$

thats why i like it....

I got one when they first came out. I think that was probably around 2 years ago, maybe a year and a half. When I sold my quad a few months ago to Jed, he got it, So I guess he's been running it for about 2 months or so. I dont see the benifit from a power increase perspective, but it does work from a functionality standpoint.
