Default Carrying Tools and Tire Patch Kit on a Sport Bike ???

I am looking for a bag of some kind that could attach to the grab bar of my sport bikes, to carry items for trailside repairs/emergencies. Currently, I am carrying these in my backpack, but this is all a little to heavy for a comfortable carry.

I could probably adapt a fanny pack or something like that, that I could hold on with some straps or something, but just wondering what creative solutions others have come up with, or is there are any purpose made bag available out there??? Note that I don't want to use anything large or heavy like a 6-pack rack, or anything like that.

I have seen a few guys mount PVC pipe to their frame to carry extra stuff in. Kind of like the 400EX that has that little "trunk" This way you can put the weight down lower and the contents are less likely to get wet. Cheaper too.
