Monday morning and the Rancher is back in the garage after cruising the Tennessee mountains for the past couple of days.
Two days of riding, another hundred miles on the quad, and a sore rear end to go with it .. not bad at all.
Camped way back in the woods, weather was beautiful, leaves were gorgeous.
Seven quads, and five of them Hondas ...
It don't get much better than this.

Raked leaves and changed the oil on my wheeler. Tried to install a gun scabbard but I bought the wrong bracket. I got the one for Polaris and composite racks. Sorry, no Polaris parts on my Honda; The quality may suffer some. Ha Ha.

Some of us Poor slobs sat in and watched the SUBWAY series. I was going to go riding on SAT but was too banged up, Corona kicked my butt. I guess i wouldn't want to be a Braves or a Red Sox fan about now. If you hate the Mets then we have something in common. GO YANKEES,

You hillbillies are the poor slobs.I went riding in the beautifull leaves/weather with no fat slobs on utility bikes. It was great.Later that night some great partying out on the town.Baseball?? come on that sport is more boring than a ride on a slow work quad!

Geez, my weekend was pretty boring. All I got to do was go to Hatfield and McCoy with four friends.

Went to the farm with two old friends. Hung the double gates on new posts (big job but very satisfying -- used just about every tool and machine on the property).
Visited the local chain saw shop. Got there just in time for the Saturday afternoon beer break. Sat around on tractors and logs drinking beer and doing the country thing.
Then cooked out and watched shooting stars.
Sunday went riding and got to shoot my friend's AR15 semiautomatic rifle (very cool).
Excellant weekend by any standards.

Took my Rubicon deep into the woods in northern Minnesota and built my deerstand.
Then drove some more and built my brother a deerstand.
Then sat around a deer camp and a had few barley pops and talked smart.
A perfect weekend...
